These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clauso AI application (the "App"), provided by Texas AI Developers ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Using the App does not create an attorney-client relationship. The documents it produces are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. Laws vary by state and change over time.Always have important contracts reviewed by a qualified, licensed attorney before signing or relying on them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Clauso AI helps you generate, review, modify, and export contract documents using AI, based on information you provide and the U.S. state you select. The App offers a free allowance and optional paid subscriptions for additional features.

3. Not Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

The App, including all generated documents, AI reviews, and suggestions, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. We are not your lawyer. You are solely responsible for determining whether a document is appropriate, accurate, complete, and enforceable for your situation, and for compliance with applicable laws. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney.

4. AI-Generated Content

Documents and analyses are produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or provisions unsuitable for your needs. We do not guarantee that any document is accurate, complete, current, legally valid, or enforceable. You must review all content carefully before use.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Tier

• Free allowance. The App provides a limited number of free contract generations and exports. After the free allowance is used, premium features require a subscription.
• Plans. Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: $6.99/month or $34.99/year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase).
• Payment & renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing & canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any law; (b) generate documents for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes; (c) infringe others' rights; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its underlying services; or (e) overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the information you input and the documents you generate. We do not claim ownership of your documents. We own the App, its software, design, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
